New Opportunity: Advanced Level Netball Coach/Mentor

As part of Parramatta Auburn Netball Association’s (PANA) commitment to building a solid player pathway for our talented players, we seek to engage the services of an Advanced Level Coach for a minimum 2 year contract.
This is a new role to develop the coaching personnel across our Senior and Junior representative teams and to attract players with the vision of entering a Waratah Cup State League team in 2014.
The Role will:

In conjunction with PANA Coaching Coordinator focus on building the skills and capacity of our Representative Coaches together with ensuring coaching plans, systems and fitness programs are in place

develop and implement a Coaching mentor program across the representative Coaches and furthermore share the knowledge to develop our Club Coaches

develop a pathway for our emerging Club Coaches desiring to reach representative levels

Coach (or Mentor Coach) the PANA Waratah Cup side for 2014 Season

Further review and improve the Coaching Pathways at PANA.
The successful candidate will need to be an exceptional communicator and facilitator for change. You will need to be skilled in developing strong relationships and have the ability to motivate and propel people to reach their potential.
